Success Sure is Sweet...for Every One Involved
The reading challenges Betsy (a 7 year old, 2nd grader) experienced were quite common; sounding out the same word when it appeared again in the text, and at the end of a passage, not remembering what she had just read. Other symptoms included learning a spelling word on Monday and forgetting it on Tuesday. After completing 20 weeks of intensive, research based, one-on-one, sessions, Betsy's Mom sent this note.
